What a church needs and wants is not always what their current budget can finance. Sometimes the completion and review of the final design of the media systems reveals this fact. Often, the church will be tempted to alter the design to match the budget. Many issues can arise if this is done without careful consideration. Some changes may be justified, while others may reduce the performance level of the system(s), such that they do not meet the needs of the facility and ministry. Such design changes may ruin any chance of upgrades (to the originally planned and designed systems) if not done with the entire design in mind.
